A nice mug of tea ....

Morning Folks!
This week, it was my turn to choose the new challenge theme over at Passion for Promarkers so I hope you like it!

We'd like to see
Spots and / or Stripes

Here's my card using an Old Dog digi from LOTV which I have had for a while but this is his first outing!

Love the cute expression on the dogs face:

Papers - Kraft coloured = Craft Creations
Kraft Stripes = First Edition Christmas Wishes and the
Aqua Spots = Couture Creations
I seem to be going through a very CAS phase with my cards lately so I just finished this with some twine and a few pearls from my stash. The sentiment is by Julie Nutting.

Meet Dudley!

Morning Folks!
It's another bright and sunny one here in Hampshire. I'm loving the hot weather, I'm just back from a fab break in Cornwall where we didn't see a drop of rain all week - amazing!
The new challenge over at Passion for Promarkers is just starting, Elaine has chosen the fantastic theme of

VIBRANT COLOURS

Here's my card using an image from our sponsors, Little Miss Muffet - he is called Dudley's Balloon. I kept the card really clean and simple because I wanted Dudley to take centre stage. He is coloured to match a really, really old piece of Dovecraft paper which has been lurking in my odds and ends box for ages!

The turquoise promarker shades got a rare outing!

Fairies

Morning Folks!
I hope you're having a good weekend so far, have you got anything nice planned today? I'm going to be watching the tennis later.

As we are half way through the month, it is time for a new challenge over at Sparkles Monthly. Tracey has chosen the theme of
FAIRIES
for us.

Time for a confession from me - I'm a non believer and not really a big fan of the fluttery fairy idea! Not surprisingly, the fairy section of my stash collection is a little sparse, so I have used a pre-coloured square from LOTV which I bought in a multipack from E-bay years ago. Yes, you guessed correctly, it wasn't the fairy I bought the pack  for and this is a leftover!!

Card Details
Precoloured Image - LOTV
Sentiment - Letraset rub on
Papers - Pretty Pastels - The Works
Mirri card, ems and sequin string all from my stash

Please visit the main blog

to see the inspiration from the rest of the design team - unlike me some of them love fairies!!!

Thank you so much for visiting today and for any comments you're kind enough to leave xx

Baby Hammock

Evening Folks!
Hope you are all OK and enjoying the sunshine and all the big sporting events this weekend. I love Wimbledon, so have been enjoying watching that this week which means not much crafting has been done! Plans changed a little unexpectedly today, so I've been running a bit behind schedule but finally, here's my post for the new challenge over at  Penny Black Saturday Challenges .

As usual ANYTHING PENNY BLACK GOES
The optional 'Extra' challenge this time is
BABY

Here's the card I made using possibly my favourite baby stamp ever ... Baby Hammock. This was also a favourite with some other members of the design team too:

Here's the close up:

Toucan Do It!

Morning Folks!
This week, the new challenge at Passion for Promarkers has been chosen by Donna who would like you to
ADD A SENTIMENT
So lots of possibilities!

We are sponsored by The Paper Shelter who kindly provided some images for the DT to use. Here's my card using Tucan

It was nice to get out some bright colours to colour this handsome chap - although I must admit to doing a quick google search to check the beak colours!
I wasn't really sure what sentiment to use with this image but as I was colouring an idea came to mind. I dug out some old Papermania rub-ons to do the lettering. I thought this might make a fun exam or general encouragement card:

   Other Card Details
Background Paper - The Works Driftwood
Dies - The Works
Leaf punch - Woodware
Pearls - Ebay

Christmas Stockings

Morning folks!
It's my turn to choose the theme over at SPARKLES CHRISTMAS CHALLENGE for this month. I've choosen

CHRISTMAS STOCKINGS

I hope you like my choice and will come over and join us!

Here's the card I made, using a PB stamp that was 'rescued' from Ebay a couple of years ago, coloured with promarkers and pencils.
The papers are a mixture of Forever Friends, First Edition and a magazine freebie from many moons ago.

How snug does this mousey look?
It's hard to see in the photo but I have added Doodlebug floss to the stocking ruff and glossy accents to the holly sprig. The gold paper and glittery dots are really quite sparkly in real life.

Please click the piccy below to visit the main blog and to see the inspiration from the rest of the design team! You have a whole month to join us, we'd love to see what you make!
