Polar Bear Family

Morning Folks!
Happy May Day! I hope those in the UK are enjoying the  bank holiday weekend - must say it's a tad chilly here!

As it's the first of the month, we have a new challenge starting over at SPARKLES CHRISTMAS CHALLENGE  and the theme is:

SNOWFLAKES

Here's my card, using a Craft Creations decoupage sheet that I bought many, many years ago when I first started card making - in an era before the rubber stamping and colouring addiction! As it's quite a large decoupage sheet I just mounted it, added some stickles to the image for a bit of festive sparkle and a couple of die cut snowflakes with gem centres. The photo makes the card look a bit out of shape, it isn't really, but I was struggling with the reflection off the silver mirri card - so need to improve the photography skills!

Please click the piccy below to visit the main blog
and see the inspiration from the rest of the design team! You have a whole month to join us, we'd love to see what you make!

Thank you so much for visiting today and for any comments you're kind enough to leave xx

I'd also like to enter the challenges at:
Fab 'n' Funky - Christmas
Winter Wonderland - Add some sparkle or bling

  1. I love blue and white Christmas cards and this one is a real beauty. Those polar bears are adorable and the silver mirri card sets it all off so well. Thank you for joining us at Fab'm Funky.
