Cream cake anyone?

Morning Folks!

Looking forward to a hot day here if the weather forecasters have got it right! 

This week, the new challenge at Passion for Promarkers has been chosen by yours truly so I hope you like it!

The theme is 

FOOD AND DRINK  

I've used a LOTV digi called 'Cream Cake' that has been sadly neglected since I bought it last year. The background paper is a magazine freebie from yonks ago and I thought a doiley might be appropriate to go with the cake!

 Can't help thinking that cream cake in hot weather might not be a great plan, especially when he has already lit the candle!!

Time for a Wedding

Afternoon Folks!

It's a gorgeous day here in Hampshire, bright sunny and pleasantly warm - the perfect day for a Wedding, which is appropriate as that is the new theme over at Sparkles Monthly Challenges!

Here's my card using a pre coloured topper from LOTV, some gorgeous shabby chic papers from The Works, and an assortment of finishing touches from my stash:

A flowery Elephant

Morning Folks!

This week, the new challenge at Passion for Promarkers is nice and easy:

FLOWERS

Here's my card using one of my favourite Bugaboo stamps called Spring Elephant 1 which you can find here. 

 I used some old LOTV papers from their Bowties and Bonnets collection. I'm getting reluctant to cut into my LOTV papers that I have left because I know they are sadly no longer available, which is silly really because I probably have enough papers to last me for the next decade!

I added some flowers, ribbon and pearls from my stash and finished the card with a die cut sentiment fron Craftwork cards that I bought years ago at a craft show.

We are into July and I'm feeling that summer has arrived, nearly the end of term, Wimbledon on the telly and finally some decent weather!!
